Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

14-Day Right of Withdrawal (Consumer Protection Act)

You have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving the final item of your delivery, for any reason and without justification.

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

• It must be in the same condition that you received it.

• It must be unused and unworn.

• It must have all tags attached.

• It must be in its original packaging.

• You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved.

• Approval: If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

• Processing Time: Please note that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
